What Social Energy measures

Social Energy is about where your energy comes from and how much buzz you go looking for. Some people get charged by people, talk, and a full room, and reach for more of it. Others refill in quieter space and feel right with less stimulation. It's a battery question, not a confidence one, and both batteries charge perfectly well, just from different sources.
High Social Energy
Outgoing
You head toward the crowd, the conversation, the plan, and you walk out more energized than you walked in. Talk and a bit of activity charge you up rather than wear you down. Left alone too long, you start to flatten, so you go find the room and switch back on.
Low Social Energy
Reserved
You step out of the busy room to recharge, and a long stretch of people drains the tank even when you enjoyed every minute of it. Solitude is what refills you, so you keep your circle smaller and your words fewer by choice. You'd rather know a few people deeply than everyone a little.
